Electronic Data Collection

All our Mystery Shopping and Retail Audit questionnaires are designed using our custom software, tailored to meet the specific needs of each company. There is no limit to the number of sections, sub-sections, or questions, and the questions can be provided in both Khmer and English. Scoring options include a 5-point Likert scale or a simple "yes or no" format, ensuring the results align with your company’s requirements. All collected data is transmitted in real time to the management dashboard.

Management Dashboard

The management dashboard is updated in real-time with the latest data and displays the previous month's results using an easy-to-read speedometer graph. Competitor scores are shown with a different color dial, along with a summary of the total number of visits and the average time to be served for both your stores and competitors.

Store Level for the month

By clicking on the icon for a specific month’s chart (e.g., the January chart), you can view detailed graphs for each store that was mystery shopped during that period. This includes speedometer results, a summary of the number of visits for that month, the average wait time (AWT), and the average score.

Section Report Details: 

By clicking on the icon on the store chart, we can dive deeper to view detailed information and scores for each section, including the average score for each question. Each section enables management to drill down further to obtain specific feedback.

Section Report Report Issues: 

Drilling down further we can see all the visit details and identify which store and which section needs attention - in this case (signage and outside area) an external security company was lowering the score of the visit with poor customer service.

Campaign Reporting 

Our online management dashboard portal has a fully customisable reporting section, where the management can select a number of pre-set report templates.
All the data in these reports can be exported into Excel for further examination.
With easy to read graphs, the management can quickly identify the stare branches and sections that need further investigation.

User Policys 

The system allows for different user profiles and privileges, the store manager can only see the results of their store and an area manager can be setup for them to only see the stores under their management, the general manager gets admin rights and can view all the stores.
Super Admin rights have the option to develop, add and remove questions, sections and other important details.
All changes to the system under Super Admin rights are immediately updated to the data collection form
